Philadelphia dude Dann Svizeny aka Cough Cool has finally dropped his highly anticipated full-length Lately, a wonderful gathering of late afternoon fuzz-dripping lo-fi slacker anthems custom-made for simple and unenthused window-gazing while you’re stuck musing about the shortcomings and hopelessness of the times we’re living in. In other words, the perfect record for 2011′s crisis of late capitalism. If you have no idea what I’m talking about, just watch the beautifully grainy, brand new video for the LP’s title track:
