With Lately, Cough Cool‘s Dan Svizeny only recently delivered a perfect example of post-internet slacker shoegaze, but the dude just won’t stop, casually dropping another collection of mellow, fuzzed-out sound collages with his new split with Marseille’s own distorted surf exponent Johnny Hawaii. Below, take an exclusive look at the appropriately drugged, psych-leaning visualization of “Disney Again”, yet another perfectly unwinding piece of hazy pop melancholia.
The split tape will be released tomorrow, January 3, jointly via French quality imprints La Station Radar, Atelier Ciseaux, and Hands In The Dark. Limited edition of 100.
