These dark, atmospheric sounds from Russia’s Erkin White passed my radar the other day by a complete coincidence, and I instantly caught interest in his rather diverse, but interesting Soundcloud collection. Consisting of both of the dark, electronic ambient with samples from films such as Trainspotting to the more fragile and mysterious soundscaping, Erkin White is still in the process of exploring different spaces of sound, curiously peeking into small cracks hidden in the dry, deserted earth. Oh, and wear a pair of good headphones obviously.
