Ann Arbor, Michigan electro wunderkind Cory Levinson aka Kohwi‘s incredible full-length Hidden Trees was released late last year on cassette via the stellar Wonder Beard Tapes (and the tape is still available over here). And though y’all know we’re really into cassettes here at NFOP, the fact that Kohwi’s fine work is about to get an additional vinyl treatment is nonetheless exciting news.
This early summer, Black Tent Press will re-release Hidden Trees as an LP (that’s the cover art above) with a bonus CD that includes a couple of remixes. One of them is Our Brother The Native‘s slightly and totally aptly woozy rework of Reeling the Warmth, right now exclusively available below.
