Burbank, California imprint Deathbomb Arc is about to drop the latest effort by Jheri Evans’ gothic drone playground project Pariah Carey. The C20 tape Haokah comprises two wide-spreading excursions into deeply troubling and shattering surges of harsh noise made up of heavily layered synth pads, only sparsely easing tension with interspersed fragments of simple and reduced hints of casiotone melodies. Listen to b-side Garden Dog below, a terrific ten-minute nightmare that would be the apt battlefield score for some interstellar alien strife in the nearer future.
