Glad to see that our favorite landlocked surf pop outfit Triptides from Bloomington, Indiana have found an absolutely appropriate home at the wonderful lil label Beachtapes which dropped the duo’s first cassette release yesterday. Tropical Dreams is a seven-song collection of lush, backward-leaning indie pop with the right amount of lo-fi and plenty of sundrenched harmonies.
