Totally stoked by this slick’n'sleazy late night jam by Sacramento’s Tony Bonanza (who we introduced sometime last summer), taken from their brand new Baby B. EP, up for download on their bandcamp. Passionate mourning over a slow drum machine pattern, a seriously 80s infected synth bass line and some ambient sounds drenched in reverb might sound like a cheap trick, but we absolutely don’t mind as long as the outcome is as captivating as this, instantly throwing you into some half-forgotten soft porn TV drama from ’86.
