Pulsating electronica from Istanbul

I guess Fuji Kureta aren’t actually new “hotshots” to this continuously growing network of music (already covered a while back over at Smoke Don’t Smoke and Elbows) but on the other hand – who cares? This sweet little downtempo electronica duo from Istanbul released their first EP entitled Sweets back in June, packed with tunes that might remind you a little of the Japanese minimalist electronica scene, featuring artists such as Baiyon, Yuichiro Fujimoto, Aoki Takamasa or Tujiko Noriko just to mention a few.
