Thanks once more to the amazing Ashtapes, I’ve come across Oakland’s Glass Graves a couple of days ago which is Gaby Graves’ solo effort. Situated somewhere between the Cocteau Twins, My Bloody Valentine, and Zola Jesus, Glass Graves is a haunted, goth version of classic shoegaze themes. This is dream pop imagined during a nightmare, dark yet beautifully captivating.
